PIXIPACE is a design and development studio in Surrey and Vancouver, British Columbia. We are deliberately small: the people you meet on the call are the people who do the work.
Six years of shipping other people's ideas.
We started as two people taking on work bigger agencies would not touch, and grew by finishing what we started. Along the way we built our own Shopify app, which taught us more about shipping software than any client project could.
We still work in fixed-scope sprints with a demo every Friday, because it is the only arrangement we have found where nobody is guessing.
Four rules we do not bend.

The number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Estimating badly is our problem, not yours.

A demo every Friday, working or not. A month of silence is how projects quietly fail.

Hand over everything.
Code, designs, credentials, from day one. Lock-in is not a business model we are interested in.

Say no out loud.
If the budget, the timeline or the idea will not work, you hear it on the first call.
