Small swaps inside the same scope are free — trade something out, bring something in. Genuinely new work becomes its own quoted sprint rather than an invoice you did not expect.
Hourly billing pays us to be slow. A fixed price means our incentive and yours point the same direction: finish it well, finish it once.
You will have seen it at the first Friday demo, not at the end. If direction is wrong we change it in week two, when changing it is cheap.
Below about $5K we are the wrong studio, and we will say so on the call rather than take the work and under-serve it.
